SSUC Music Programs
SSUC has two instrumental ensembles that perform periodically throughout the year.
Pam Patten leads a string ensemble of cello, viola, violin and bass; and Katie Alexander leads a more jazz-oriented group that includes clarinet, bass, trombone, saxophone, and drums among other instruments.
Those with experience playing an instrument are invited to join in on the fun of these music-making ensembles.
SSUC’s Adult Choir
SSUC’s Adult Choir is open to anyone with a love of singing.
Auditions are not required.
Rehearsals are Thursdays at 7:15 pm. The choir performs in our Sunday gatherings approximately monthly, bringing us music in a variety of genres.
June 4th will be the last rehearsal before the summer break.
The Ukulele Circle
The Ukulele Circle meets every other week, September to May.
Beginners are welcome–as are guitarists and bassists!
We have a few ukuleles available if you don’t yet have your own.
