Weekly Yoga

Yoga classes resume September 6, 2023 at 7 pm with a minimum donation of $5.

Since 2011, Sharon offers yoga classes which build strength, flexibility, improved balance, concentration and relaxation. Many new to yoga report improved sleep after a few classes. Sharon’s classes are open to adults willing to explore this ancient practice benefitting the body, mind and spirit.

In addition to an open and curious mindset, yoga students need a mat, strap, block and a blanket to cover their entire body each week.  Give it a try, there’s always room for more!
