Weekly Yoga

Join the online yoga class – Wednesdays at 7:00 pm beginning January 12, 2022.

Gentle poses, healing breath work and (of course), the relaxation of savasana. All levels of experience are welcome, but you don’t need any experience because this is a gentle, hatha-based class.  The classes are 1 hour long and are all drop-in.  Our teacher, Sharon McMullan-Baron, comes with a wealth of experience in yoga for beginners, cancer, MS, runners and restorative yoga.  She has been teaching since 2009, and has been our teacher since 2011.  In lieu of a class fee, donations to SSUC will be appreciated.  If you are interested please contact Jo for the class link.
