Zoom Yoga

SSUC’s Wednesday night online Hatha yoga with Sharon is the place to be for improved strength, flexibility, balance, concentration and relaxation. Adult participants settle their minds, move their bodies and explore their breath in a gentle supportive environment. Every body is a yoga body. You are welcome to join at any time.
