Covid Update

Given the high transmissibility of the Omicron variant of COVID-19, our desire to keep vulnerable populations as safe as possible, and doing our part to protect the burdened health-care system, we have suspended in-person attendance until February 20th or until the SSUC Re-opening Task Group sees hospitalization numbers in the Edmonton region trend downwards.
Forest Families
Forest Families invites people to reconnect with their families and with nature. We’ve all become isolated. In this multi-age playgroup we lean into alloparenting to give each other a rest and create a network of support. Alloparents are “other” parents – any person who helps take care of a child, like relatives, neighbours, friends, and older children.
Camp Dragonfly

Camp Dragonfly is a summer camp for trans+, non-binary, and gender-creative kids. Proudly supported and hosted by SSUC. Our mission is to bring trans and gender creative children together for creativity, connection, and celebration. By hosting a summer camp that encourages self-exploration and affirmation, we embrace children of all identities and experiences.
