I love this book because it helps all of us find the courage to look inside and love ourselves and accept ourselves, just as we are. This collaboration is brilliant, with the illustrations perfectly expressing the initial skepticism and growing confidence of the main character. In a world of superficiality, likes, follows, and celebrity parasocial relationships, we could all use the courage to see ourselves in new, deeply affirming and loving ways!
